Becoming a better person will require you to apply yourself to learn new secrets and hacks that promote efficiency. Knowledge is the currency for growth, therefore, apply diligence to learn and implement what you learn. It can only produce a better you for yourself, family, career, and service to God.
Your best bet in whichever area or sphere you find yourself is to keep improving and producing superior results. You must improve your skills, sharpen the tools you use to work, go for more training, develop a rugged work ethic. Why? Because you cannot afford not to.
