Saying the truth always removes moral loads and burdens.
That is to say that each time we lie, it puts a moral load and burden in our mind and our conscience is always unrest as long as that burden is there.
And this keeps accumulating as we continue lying and keeping the loads unreleased.
However, as soon as we reveal the truth, we feel relieved of those burdens of guilt. And this makes us free for life and gives us freedom over our conscience.
Therefore, always say the truth at all time no matter how difficult it might be.
