Divine Commission Assembly (DCA) has successfully concluded its first anniversary celebration, marking a significant milestone in the journey of the growing Christian commission with the theme “God’s Faithfulness, Our Testimony.”
The anniversary celebration brought together members, friends, ministers of God, community leaders, government representatives and well-wishers to celebrate the faithfulness of God and reflect on the commission’s journey since its establishment.
From its humble beginning as a prayer fellowship to its development into a growing Christian assembly committed to “Raising Kingdom Ambassadors,” the anniversary provided an opportunity to appreciate God, acknowledge the commitment of members and recognise individuals and institutions that have contributed to the commission’s journey.

In the founder’s anniversary address, Pastor Samuel Isaiah shared the story behind DCA’s birth, its vision and mission, the platforms through which the commission is fulfilling its mandate, and his gratitude to God, members, workers, ministers, families, friends, and supporters who have contributed to the journey.
Below is the full anniversary address:
FOUNDER’S 1ST ANNIVERSARY ADDRESS
DIVINE COMMISSION ASSEMBLY (DCA)
Theme: “God’s Faithfulness, Our Testimony”
Beloved brethren, distinguished guests, friends, families and everyone joining us physically and online, I warmly welcome you to this special celebration of the first anniversary of Divine Commission Assembly — DCA.
Today, our testimony is simple: God has been faithful.
DCA was born out of prayer, divine direction and a response to God’s call. My journey into ministry did not begin today. For years, I served God through gospel music, media, publishing and other forms of Christian service. In His appointed time, however, God began to make the pastoral dimension of the assignment clearer.
On 19 September 2025, what began as a small prayer fellowship in my sitting room at VON Quarters, Ikorodu, became the beginning of this commission. Only nine people were present, but we understood that great things can begin in small places.
On 19 February 2026, the foundation of our temporary worship structure was laid, and shortly afterwards we moved from the sitting room into the new worship space.
Looking back over this first year, I can confidently say that the story of DCA is not a story of human strength, but of grace, obedience, faith, sacrifice, answered prayers and the faithfulness of God.
OUR VISION AND MISSION
Our vision is clear:
Raising Kingdom Ambassadors for global impact.
We believe every believer is called to represent Christ wherever God places them. Therefore, DCA exists to preach Christ, make disciples, strengthen believers and prepare people to fulfil their God-given purpose.
Our foundation scripture is 2 Corinthians 5:20: “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ.”
Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples, and empower believers through the Word of God and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
As the commission develops, God is also giving us practical platforms through which this mandate can reach different areas of life:
GIPO — Global Intercessory Prayer Outpouring: providing a platform for believers to stand in the gap for nations, communities, families and individuals.
BTG — Back To God: an in-depth scriptural study and analysis of God’s Word, helping to correct wrong Bible teachings, false prophecies and deceptive practices taking root in some contemporary Christian circles, and calling believers back to biblical truth.
Marriage Codes: promoting biblical principles for marriage and family life, helping couples and intending couples build healthy, Christ-centred homes.
GMEO — Global Music Evangelism Outreach: taking the Gospel globally through music, media and creative evangelism, using God-given gifts to reach people beyond the conventional church environment.
These are not merely programmes; they are expressions of the same commission—to raise Kingdom Ambassadors who influence their world spiritually and practically.
OUR CARDINAL CONVICTIONS
At DCA, we hold firmly to four convictions we tag DCA 4 cardinal points
- Heaven is our Goal.
- Living a successful and purposeful life here on earth.
- Understanding our positional advantage in Christ.
- Helping one another grow and become empowered spiritually, physically, financially and economically.
As we celebrate one year, we are not celebrating perfection; we are celebrating progress by grace.
To every member, worker, minister, family, friend and supporter who has contributed to this journey, I sincerely say thank you. May God reward your labour of love.
To the leaders and workers of DCA, this is only the beginning. The assignment is greater than what we have seen in this first year.
As we enter another year, our commitment remains unchanged:
Christ is our message.
Reconciliation is our mission.
Heaven is our goal.
Kingdom impact is our lifestyle.
We look forward to a DCA that will raise men and women who know Christ, serve Christ, influence their generation and carry the Gospel beyond geographical boundaries.
Therefore, on this first anniversary, I give all glory to God Almighty.
One year gone. Many more years ahead.
The God who started this work will complete it.
God’s Faithfulness — Our Testimony!
Thank you, and God bless you all.
Pastor Samuel Isaiah (SHAWA SHAWA Master)

Special Appreciation to Distinguished Guests

DCA expressed special appreciation to Pastor Kenneth Maxwell, General Overseer of Firstborn Gospel Ministry Inc., host coordinator of Two Witness Bible School, Michigan, United States of America, and host to several ministers of God.
His presence and support were particularly recognised as part of the spiritual and ministerial relationships that have contributed to the development of the commission.
The leadership of DCA also extended appreciation to the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Lagos, Hon. (Princess) Surah Olayemi Animashaun, FHTI for her presence and support towards the anniversary celebration.

Another distinguished guest recognised was Ajeroba 1 of Igbogbo Kingdom, Chief John Ehimiri, whose presence added significant traditional and community representation to the occasion.
Appreciation to Voice of Nigeria, Ikorodu
The commission also expressed its sincere appreciation to the leadership and staff of Voice of Nigeria (VON), Ikorodu, particularly the Head of Station, Deputy Director, Assistant Director and other colleagues who honoured the occasion with their presence and support.
Their participation further underscored the importance of institutional relationships and the support of colleagues, friends and well-wishers in celebrating milestones.
A Celebration of Gratitude and New Beginnings
Beyond the celebration, the first anniversary served as a moment of thanksgiving, reflection and renewed commitment to the vision of Divine Commission Assembly.
The commission reaffirmed its commitment to raising believers who are equipped to represent Christ in their families, workplaces, communities and the wider society.

As the celebration came to a close, the message remained clear: the journey may have begun in a humble setting, but the testimony continues to unfold.
DCA therefore looks forward to another season of spiritual growth, service, evangelism and greater impact, giving all glory to God for His faithfulness.
